RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

While we hope that you are always satisfied with your Bella Amore Skin purchase, there are times that we might not always exceed your expectations and may want to return a product. Please understand that due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue a return or a refund once your item has been shipped. PRODUCTS ARE SUBJECTED TO AN "ALL SALES ARE FINAL" rule.
However, to compensate you for wasting your time, please feel free to reach out to us and we will gladly work out a solution that can better assist you and your needs. Message us on our social media page or send us an e-mail at [email protected] .
Please allow at least 24 hours for us to get back to your concern.
INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED
If we sent you the wrong item, please reach out to us at [email protected] with the screenshot of the items you ordered and a photo of the items you received. Replacement will be arranged and discussed via email. Bella Amore Skin - Toronto will provide the shipping label for returning the item and instructions how to ship the item back to us. But we guarantee that all the items ordered are checked carefully to avoid shipping the wrong products.
ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please note that we are not liable if your parcel is lost or stolen once the tracking information confirms that the parcel has been delivered to your address. If Canada post lost a parcel in transit or delivered it to an incorrect address, we can only compensate you once they give us a refund. Reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help you contact the courier regarding your lost or damaged items.
