3. When will I get my parcel?
> Shipping time depends on the courier, your location, and when you placed your order. We encouraged all customers to keep monitoring their tracking numbers provided either via automated email sent to their email address or via message if you placed your order through facebook and/or instagram DMs.
4. I just placed my order on your website, where is my tracking number?
> All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Please give us ample of time to pack and ship your order(s).
If you placed your order on weekends including Fridays (Saturdays and Sundays) will be processed the following Monday.
5. How long will my parcel be delivered?
> Most orders are delivered within 4-7 business days using Canada Post, Sendle Service, and/or Stallion Express. However, some orders may be delivered early, and some may be delivered later than expected.
6. When do you ship/drop off orders?
> www.BellaAmoreSkinToronto.com orders are shipped every Fridays (excluding federal and major holidays) - So, if you order Monday to Thursday, it will be processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt - meaning, tracking numbers will be provided and it will be shipped every Fridays (processing time does not include weekends). If you chose Sendle Services, your parcel will be picked up the next business day and shipping days will depend on where you location is. All orders placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday and shipped on Fridays.
7. Do you have control of where my parcel is?
> Unfortunately, I do not have control of your parcel. Once your order is prepared and dropped off to the courier, I will no longer have control to your parcel. That is why tracking numbers are provided for you to be able to monitor your parcel and check updates of whereabouts of your parcel as well as the estimated delivery dates of your parcel.
8. Why do I need to provide my buzz code?
> We ask for the buzz code of your apartment complex for the courier/delivery drivers, so they are able to get into your apartment complex without any hassle to deliver your parcel in front of your door/unit.
Please, please, please provide your buzz code and other delivery instructions upon checkout so that you will receive your parcel on time and avoid return to sender parcels.
9. What if the delivery/courier driver couldn't get into my apartment complex/building because I gave missing address/no buzz code/wrong address?
> If the delivery/courier driver couldn't get into your apartment/building complex, your parcel will be returned to sender. Bella Amore Skin - Toronto is not liable to return to sender parcels. As a customer, it is your responsibility to make sure that you input your address correctly and make sure to add delivery instructions if needed.
10. If my parcel was return to sender, what now?
> If your parcel was returned to sender, shipping fees will not be shouldered by Bella Amore Skin - Toronto. It is your responsibility to pay for the reshipment of your parcel. Make sure to put your address correctly to avoid return to sender again.

13. What is the difference between Himalayan HEALING soap and Himalayan BRIGHTENING soap?
> There is no difference between the two. Himalayan HEALING soap was the OLD pouch/name, while Himalayan BRIGHETNING soap is the new pouch/name. So, there is no difference between the two. If you receive Himalayan HEALING soap, it's because it was the old packaging, and if you receive Himalayan BRIGHTENING soap, it's the new packaging. BOTH HIMALAYAN HEALING AND BRIGHTENING SOAPS ARE THE SAME! :)
